The legal basis is the data subject's consent when submitting their data and, in the case of reservations, the application of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request.

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by law. Job application data will be kept for a maximum of one year unless you request its deletion earlier.
