Our story began in the old town, a place full of character and tradition that inspired the birth of this shared dream. Today we continue to build it with the same enthusiasm as day one, combining experience, dedication and a deep respect for quality.

Leading this project are Mario Hernández, gastronomic advisor and restaurant coordinator, and Sonia Calafat, responsible for looking after every aspect of the experience — from the selection of produce and the atmosphere of the venue to personalised service.
